Taylor Molina is a UNC graduate originally from the tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut). Prior to being the director, Taylor took a gap year through GGYF herself where she co-taught English in Ecuador with a local English teacher. She also took a bridge year where she was a conservation educator at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, worked with a belonging consultant, and did a month long NOLS sailing course in Mexico. She has work experience with local non-profits all the way up to corporate Walmart, the Fortune 1. Through it all Taylor has found her three north stars which are education, sustainability, and belonging efforts. She cares deeply about investing in people and loves being able to do so in this role to positively impact people’s lives just as this program did for her.
