Xavier Lopez

Xavier Lopez recently graduated from West Forsyth High School in Clemmons, NC. At West Forsyth, he was involved in sports such as tennis and soccer. Other activities he was involved in included National Spanish Honor Society and National Honor Society. Xavier is passionate about community engagement thorugh academic reinforcement. During his Gap Year, Xavier hopes to work in Spain with SOS Children’s Villages to help with English reinforcement and with Afaga Alzeimer’s with memory workshops. Xavier would like to study Applied Mathematics at UNC upon finishing his Gap year and feels that GGYF will help him to learn about his interests.

Fun fact: Xavier has eaten crocodile before.
