Anais Delgado is from Charlotte, NC and will graduate from Mallard Creek High School. There, she was a member of HOSA, President of National English Society, President of The English Society, President of the Multicultural Club, part of Carolina’s Latin Dance Company, and even started her own makeup business. Anais has also been accepted to UNC’s Chancellor’s Science Scholars Program, and Morehead-Cain Scholarship Program. Since starting her gap year, Anais has volunteered in Puerto Rico and is currently in the Dominican Republic volunteering at a hospital in the local community. Anais hopes to go back to Puerto Rico for her gap year to volunteer at a surf lodge, and then hopes to travel to Argentina.
